3 Degrees Florida is chaired by Derek Strickland, a third-generation Floridian who was minding his own business until the call to civic action became too strong to ignore.
 

Derek and a growing number of Floridians like YOU are doing what they can to steer the state they love clear of the financial Titanic ahead. We are building a grassroots movement of regular Floridians who believe voters deserve to fully understand the potential consequences of the proposed property tax amendment before casting their ballots.

We're a whole mess of Rs, Ds, NPAs, PTAs, HOAs, and rest of the alphabet who call Florida home. You don’t need a title or political experience to make a difference. This is how it used to get done. You simply need to help start conversations and share information with others.

Talk to friends, family, and neighbors. Help others take a second look at the proposed amendment and consider both the benefits being promised and the potential consequences for local communities.

​Donate, if you can. Developing content and buying traditional media time/space isn't cheap.

Success is not measured by titles or influence. It is measured by informed conversations. If thousands of Floridians each help a handful of friends, family members, neighbors, and coworkers better understand what is at stake, we can create the awareness needed for voters to make an informed decision.
